The Tom Bass Sculpture School was commissioned to provide the bronze busts of 18 of the national cricket captains of Australia for the Cricketer’s Walk in Cootamundra.
I was commissioned to sculpt Bill Woodfull, who captained the team during the 1930s, during the Bodyline Series and when Don Bradman was coming up.
